Shipping Policy
We ship to every corner of the United States. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping is available on all US orders. Orders totaling $60 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
For orders under $60, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeline
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–7 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods (holidays) can occasionally extend these timelines.
We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier selected for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate in the carrier’s system after you receive the notification. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery timelines to military addresses may vary and can be longer than standard estimates. We appreciate your service and are proud to ship to our military community.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier’s local facility first — misdeliveries occasionally happen. If the issue isn’t resolved within 2 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and product before opening further, then email us at hello@rawhideorganics.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we’re actively working to add. If you’re outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, send us a note — we read everything.
